This creamy toffee apple dip recipe is the perfect easy dessert or party snack! Made with cream cheese, brown sugar, and bits of toffee, it’s sweet, irresistible, and great with fresh apples.

If you’re looking for a crowd-pleasing treat that’s as easy as it is delicious, this toffee apple dip is it. With its creamy, caramel-like flavor and crunchy toffee bits, it’s the perfect pairing for crisp apple slices and makes snack time or party platters instantly more fun.

I have said this a few times before, but it needs to be said again. Dessert dips need to become more popular. They are just so darn good! Cannoli Dip, Cookie Dough Dip, Oreo Fluff are all perfect examples of dips that are dessert worthy and should be served regularly.

This is served with fruit, so it could be considered a snack, but it is plenty sweet, I usually think of it as dessert. It would be great to have at any summer get together. It will disappear every time.

How To Make Toffee Apple Dip

  • Cream Cheese. Start with softened cream cheese and beat until it is smooth and creamy. I like to use a hand mixer, but you can use any mixer that you have.
  • Sweeten. Add in the brown sugar and vanilla and beat until well combine and creamy.
  • Toffee. Add in toffee bits and stir until they are evenly incorporated.
  • Serve. Pour the dip into a serving bowl and top with the remaining toffee bits. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Recipe Tips & Suggestions

  • Make Ahead. This is a great dip to make ahead. I like to make in the morning to serve that afternoon or evening. You can store in the fridge for up to 3 days. The toffee bits will start to soften as it sits.
  • Dippers. Apples are called for in this recipe, but you can really get creative and serve with whatever you like. Graham crackers are delicious and if you like sweet and salty, pretzels are a great option. You can mix up the apple variety and use other fruit as well.
  • Browning Apples. You do want to wait to slice the apples until you are ready to serve for the absolute best results. But there are a couple things you can do to help the apples not turn brown. Tossing them with a little lemon juice always works. But you can also submerge the apples in a bowl of water with about a teaspoon of salt and that can help as well.
