Make super crispy and delicious turkey bacon in the oven! Super easy, ready in minutes and perfect for breakfast, using in recipes on sandwiches etc.
Cooking turkey bacon in the oven is one of the easiest ways to get perfectly crispy strips with minimal mess. No splattering, no flipping—just lay it out, bake, and enjoy! Whether you’re making breakfast for the family or prepping ahead for the week, this method is simple, hands-off, and delivers great results every time.

Don’t get me wrong, I love making traditional pork Bacon in the Air Fryer. But sometimes you want to lighten things up a little bit. Turkey bacon often gets a bad reputation as not getting crispy. But I think it is all in the method!
Turkey Bacon in the Oven gets super crispy, has that smokey flavor and is ready in no time. I love it for BLT Pizza or my favorite BLT Salad for a summer lunch. Just a nice way to lighten things up a little, but still enjoy that great flavor you know and love.

How To Make Turkey Bacon In The Oven

- Line Baking Pan. You want to use a pan that has sides, because even though it is turkey, there will be some grease that you don’t want running all over the oven. Line it with parchment paper, as this helps absorb some of the grease, have the bacon not stick, and it helps get it nice and crispy.
- Arrange Bacon. You want to make sure to arrange the bacon in a single layer, you don’t want any of the edges to overlap.
- Bake. Pop your baking pan in the oven and cook for about 8-9 minutes, and then flip the pieces of bacon and bake for 8-9 more minutes, or until you get to your desired crispiness.
- Serve. Remove the pan from the oven, place the slices of bacon on a paper towel lined plate and serve.

Recipe Tips
- Hot Oven. Yes, cook the bacon at 425º F. That is hotter than the package instructions tell you, but it is how I think you get crispy and delicious bacon. You are trying to get the same texture and pork bacon, and the hotter the oven the easier that is to do.
- Single Layer. Make sure that your bacon does not overlap on the baking sheet or that portion will be a little soggy and not crisp up. You can use 2 pans and rotate them part way through baking if necessary.
- Storage. If you have leftovers, once the bacon has cooled you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can reheat in the oven, air fryer, or stovetop to get it warm and crispy again.
- Baking Time. The baking time can change depending on how thick your bacon is. Most are relatively uniform, but there are some brands that are thicker or thinner. So the first time, keep an eye on it to make sure you get it done how you like.

What To Serve With Turkey Bacon
You really can use turkey bacon just like you would any other bacon. You can use to make BLT Dip, Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps, Bacon Cheese Egg Muffins or use in Bacon Cheeseburger Dip.
Or serve along Avocado Scrambled Eggs, Buttermilk Pancakes or Croissant Baked French Toast to complete your meal.
