Getting dinner on the table every night of the week is no easy task.  First you have to come up with what you want to make.  You have to hope that the rest of the family actually wants to eat it too.  Then you have to shop for everything, prep it all, and then cook. And then do it all over the next night.

Trust me, I get it.  I have a list of my favorite Quick Dinner Ideas for nights I am just struggling for time. They are ready fast, so I can focus on other things.  Today we are here with 20 of my favorite chicken dinner ideas.  Because let’s face it, chicken is just always there and easy to make.

I love Easy Dinner Ideas and most of these would fit in that list too. But these are all made with chicken.  So you can have Mexican food one night, Asian food, Indian food, American food, Italian food…. you name it.  We have it all, so you will never get bored!
