  • Strawberries
  • Greek Yogurt – get creative and mix up your flavors!
  • Sugar – I like to macerate the berries so they are nice and juicy and really full of flavor. If you are using fresh picked strawberries you can probably skip this step.

How To Make Strawberry Greek Yogurt Popsicles

  • Macerate Berries. Mix together your diced strawberries and sugar into a bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes, until strawberries are super juicy.
  • Puree. Add strawberries and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. If you want to have texture you can top before completely smooth.
  • Fill Molds. Pour the mixture evenly into 10 popsicle molds or paper cups. Insert wooden sticks for the handle.
  • Freeze. Place in freezer for 4 hours, or until frozen.

Recipe Tips & Tricks

  • Popsicle Molds. I have these Molds from Amazon. They have a million to pick from, and even a paper cup works great if you don’t want to invest in molds.
  • Sugar. Yes, I macerate the berries in sugar because I think it makes a huge difference in the strawberry flavor. Macerating really makes the berries shine. But you can skip that if you want, or you could use honey or agave if you prefer.
  • Yogurt. I used vanilla yogurt when I made these, but you can use plain, strawberry or really any flavor that you like!
  • Mix up Fruit. This really is just a method, get creative with what you have, what is in season and what you like. You could use blueberries or raspberries or mixed berries. Or use peaches. Really anything goes!
